Love, Life, Light, and Laughter = 100% Happiness

Welcome to "The L4 Factor"...the e-Zine that let's you know what you are doing right as you head towards full time happiness, and how to make it even righter!!

The Happiest Time of the Year?

It’s the holiday season...YEA!!

Commercialism is running rampant...BOO!!

People are worried that they haven’t gotten the right gifts for the right persons...BOO!!

The music is AWESOME...YEA!!

It’s the only time of the year you can listen to it...BOO!!

Children want specific things that most parents cannot afford...BOO!!

Great food is associated with this time of the year...YEA!!

But it makes you FAT...BOO!!

There are parties, and mistletoe, and family get-togethers...YEA!!

Many people don’t like their families...BOO!!

Holy Toledo! It looks like the “yea’s” are not as prevalent as the “boo’s” (which may cause some people to reach for the “booze”).

Have no fear.

Be happy during the holidays.

Take the stress out of the equation. I cannot tell you a specific way to remove the stress, since it is different for everybody. However, there ARE some general things you can do:

~ Have inexpensive, yet clever gifts on hand at all times (or it could be a personalized “from you” card) that you could give to anyone;

~ You can decide to only eat the good (bad for you) stuff on certain days, then resolve to be strong again immediately...STICK TO IT!!;

~ You can make deals with your family/friends about HOW you’re going to do gifts (if it’s a tough year for you financially, and they really care about you, they will gladly understand) - make sure you make this deal BEFORE the holiday and not after;

~ If you’re not sure what do get someone, then give them money, but tell them that you have to go shopping WITH them to buy the gift;

~ Spend “time” (a very important gift) with the one’s you love!!

~ Forgive, or ask for forgiveness (sometimes the most difficult gift to give and/or receive)...the results are extraordinary and oftentimes miraculous!
